Department: COM PSY STRIVE Clinical Team Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Clinical Therapist at the Psychiatric Research Institute (PRI) STRIVE program will provide direct clinical services such as diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention to patients using evidence-based interventions. Direct and indirect clinical services are provided in the office unless a remote work agreement is available upon hire. The Clinical Therapist works directly under the supervision of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Clinic Medical Director. The Clinical Therapist must have the ability to make decisions related to treatment planning. They must understand mental health diagnosis and treatment. Adaptable technological skills are required. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work required. Licensed by Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). Evidence-based treatment background, Trauma-informed care model preferred.
